Business Objective: 

To help freight forwarders speed up and automate the process of issuing delivery orders (DO) when shipments arrive at their destination. This will improve customer satisfaction, reduce delays, and make the overall shipping process smoother. 

Customer Problem Statement: 

Once a shipment arrives at its destination, there are often delays in releasing the delivery order. This causes problems for consignees (or their agents), who can't complete the final delivery of the shipment. The delay usually happens because the destination invoices aren’t ready, or there’s a wait for payment confirmation from the freight forwarder’s team. These delays lead to frustration for the consignee, who is unable to meet their delivery goals and deadlines.
